Puppy One: Foundational Obedience Training For Puppies

Class Description

Puppy One is an in-person puppy kindergarten group class.

This puppy class provides a wonderful starting point for puppies to learn the elementals of obedience, impulse control, and manners.

Puppies in the class will master: Touch, Sit, Down, Stay, Come, Watch Me, Leave It, Wait and Sit to Greet

Puppies in this class also get the basics of how to walk on a leash, and settling on a mat (place).

Puppy play and socialization strategies are incorporated into every class.

Additionally, your puppy will learn to be comfortable being handled by people and having people handle their things.

Unlike most puppy kindergarten or puppy I classes, in this one you will not only learn how to teach your puppy in class, but better understand how your puppy thinks and learns for a lifetime of happiness with your dogs.

Aimee was amazing and really helped me feel confident in training my puppy!

Everything Aimee taught us was spot on. She has a great attitude towards puppies, training positive but not babying, humor whenever possible, and has great local SF knowledge.

This course has been a lifesaver for adjusting to having a new puppy. Not only does she give instruction on obedience training and give excellent demonstrations, she also has practical and extremely helpful advice on things like puppy training, sleep training, puppy biting, work to eat toys, and more. She’s funny and gives great and very practical advice.

Aimee offered so much guidance on socializing a puppy ... plus detailed information on everything from teaching basic commands and potty training to how to prepare the ultimate Kong. And not only were her sessions loaded with information, they were also fun. She’s hilarious and keeps it real.

...a life-saver for me and my pup. Aimee, the trainer, was a delight. She is super knowledgeable and shared loads of facts and science, but was also lots of fun to be around. She struck a great balance between being fun and informative.
